Show your Episcopal PRIDE!

Full description:

Seattle-Pride-Parade2016 Seattle Pride Day Parade, Sunday, June 26. Last year, we had a great turnout and event as the Episcopal Church showed its rainbow colors; let's do it again this year! Through many, we truly are one as we share one bread and one cup and as we march as one for justice and dignity.

*Time: TBA
*Meeting Place: TBA
Our presence is sponsored by the Puget Sound and Whidbey Island Chapters of Integrity USA. Let's gather to walk with Integrity and celebrate our church as a truly welcoming and compassionate community of faith.

We will provide banners and placards, but encourage each parish to walk with its own parish banner. We also encourage clergy to march in clericals.

Diocesan coordinator: Sue Mings, St. Margaret, Bellevue; will coordinate this year's Episcopal contingent. Please pass the word on in your parish. Please email Sue at, if you or your parish will be participating in the parade and give her an idea of how many to expect from your parish and if any plan to bring family or friends. Please do this as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact Sue either by email or phone at 425-890-1153.

*Sue will let you know when and where to meet as soon as the parade officials let us know our place in the line-up.

Let's be present again this year --big time!-- and show our colors as joyful and proud Episcopalians who know the meaning of hospitality and the wide embrace of God's love.

Live as children of light - for the fruit of the light is found in all that is good and right and true. (Ephesians 4:8-9)
